REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer happiness is our top goal at Equifox Global, hence we advise paper trading with the free trial signals so that users can assess the applicability of our offerings. Because the execution of real-time recommendations plays a significant role in profits and losses for which the client is solely to be held responsible, we do not endorse any guarantee or warrantee on our recommendations and cannot, therefore, offer refund or cancellation support once the services have been subscribed. This is true regardless of a client’s individual profiling. Before paying for the services he chooses to subscribe to with his voluntary assent, we believe the client weighs all the benefits and drawbacks of doing so, considers his needs and the risks and rewards ratio of the subscriptions. Therefore, all requests for refunds or cancellations are void.

After subscribing to a service and paying for it, the client begins receiving the recommendations he has paid for and, in the event that he finds it difficult to interpret the signals, can seek guidance from the assigned representative in accordance with the company standards to ensure that future recommendations are used appropriately. In such circumstances, we shall make every effort to raise customer satisfaction levels. Any requests from the client to halt a service or receive a refund, however, will never be granted.

In the unlikely event that Equifox Global, acting at its sole discretion, decides not to provide services to the client after receiving payment and on the basis of the verifiability of the information provided by the client, he will be reimbursed as soon as possible. In the event that recommendations sent via SMS or WhatsApp are not received due to service, network, or technical issues, the subscription refund is void. We will consider it to be the delivery of service from our end and will not accept any refund requests based on non-delivery of SMS if the records from our SMS service provider show that service SMS were delivered to the number that the customer provided.

The service duration can be changed, suspended until the client’s consent is received for the voluntary reactivation, and started from the desired date of the service tenure on written request from the client’s registered email id in the event of non-utilization of services at the beginning or at any point during the service tenure due to some unforeseen circumstances at the client’s end (as services will start by default from the next market day’ from the date of payment).
